I have never made money with affiliate marketing. It is not blogging, but can certainly be intergrated into a blog.
Affiliate marketing is linking to items such as from amazon to your website. If someone buys an item from amazon that came from your site, you get a percentage of that sale.
So you have to aggressively advertise your site in order for people to come to it. Then it’s up to the person to actually complete a purchase.

There are numerous websites on the Internet that offers affiliate marketing courses and are usually renamed “Home Business” or “Work from home opprotunites” but never the less it is still good old fashioned affiliate marketing. When I got into the whole affiliiate marketing world there were so many courses for sale. I actually bought more than I care to admit but they all had one thing in common, it was the same old “how to’s” just packaged with different covers. Affiliate marketing has been around for a long time. But there is a new way of learning this game now. With the invention of screen sharing, that is where usually an IT guy can log onto your computer and see what is wrong with it and fix it for you. The affiliate marketing gang has joined those ranks.
